I believe that the world is constantly evolving, and we must evolve with it. We must always learn, move forward, meet new people, step out of our comfort zone to gain new keys in life that will later allow us to reach our goals, even if they are outside of our comfort zone. Every time I have the opportunity to participate in a competition organized by businesses or brands, I take it and try to learn and to do my best. Even if I don't win in the end, I will have learned about a market I was not familiar with before. I would have trained further in showcasing my skills, presenting my ideas to a jury. I would have developed my knowledge to better seize future opportunities when they arise.

Internship Report

During this internship period at C&F, I had the opportunity to undertake various tasks. I worked as a beauty consultant, learned and applied the loyalty program, arranged new stands and products based on merchandising rules, participated in customer follow-ups, and also handled the online department by managing orders coming from the website and WhatsApp number. I even had the opportunity to participate in testing a new brand and attend trainings to better understand new products and provide more professional and precise advice to our clients. My internship allowed me to develop the skills learned at university but also to develop my personality as I worked with a team, learned how to communicate more effectively and solve problems.

Garnier Micellar Water

In this report, we studied Garnier's micellar water by presenting the mother company L'Oréal, then the product: its strategy, marketing mix, identity, and evolution. We determined its SWOT analysis, its prism, its key success factors, studied its presence in the Lebanese market compared to its competitors, and finally proposed a product line extension.

Hot meal vending machine study

The purpose of this report was to conduct a market study for the launch of a hot meal vending machine at the university. Initially, we conducted a desk research on the vending machine market to get to know our competitors, the available options and feasibility of the project. Then, we conducted a qualitative study among our target audience (USJ students). Following this, we proceeded with a quantitative study to determine the preferences of our target audience.

In this webinar, several themes were addressed: first, the discussion tackled the importance of showcasing the environmental and social commitments in the communication of luxury brands. Next, the luxury culture in China was analyzed, emphasizing the importance for brands not to overlook the strength of the luxury market in China. Lastly, the webinar discussed how luxury brands nowadays use innovations and technology, especially after the covid crisis.
